This contemplative meditation practice is a silent resting within. The grace of this practice flows as we allow God to find us waiting with an open heart and open mind.
We spend a half hour in learning and sharing and a half hour in silent meditation. Begin to experience the peace that passes understanding in your daily life.
This group meets outside in our back lawn area. Please bring a lawn chair and a face mask. We will move indoors as safety allows.
